The hotel's location is good because it is central.

Room service seemed unprepared as housekeepers entered my room twice despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign. The phone quality was poor because of old cabling causing constant noise. Water leaked during showers flooding the entire bathroom floor.

I was grateful for the massive 4-floor underground parking. Arrival was simple. the beautiful room was big at 52 square meters. it was modern and super clean. ms. joan was attentive at breakfast. the hotel is in the city center and has a shopping mall across the road, i enjoyed this.

i had a few hiccups . the lack of a coffee machine in the room was a real letdown for a caffeine addict (like myself). there was also only one complimentary bottle of water, which seems a bit stingy. plus, the tv was small and offered only one channel, talk about limited entertainment.
